My Account: Managing your account and password.
To access the "My Account" section, click "My Account" in the side menu of the platform.
Within my account, you'll find your "Profile" which includes your personal information. We use the information to streamline processes within the Song Safety platform.
You'll also see a tab to reset your password. Here you can update your password if desired.
To update your password, click the Pen Icon on the top right hand side of the screen.
You will be required to:
- Enter your Old Password
- Enter your New Password "Password"
- Confirm your New Password "Confirm Password"
* If you need to see what you've typed click the "eye" icon
Please make sure your password meets the password requirements and click Update. If you do not wish to update your password, click "Cancel."
Once you've successfully updated your password you will receive the following message:
